Fantasy Must Starts Week 9

Caleb Williams

Going against the worst defense in the NFL, this is a no-brainer start for Caleb Williams. He should easily clear his projection of 19 points and remind everyone why he was the number one pick in last year’s draft. Expect a statement performance.

Kimani Vidal

Kimani Vidal has become a must-start. He draws the worst team in the NFL this week in the Titans, and I expect the Chargers to jump out to an early lead. From there, they’ll lean heavily on the run game to control the clock — giving Vidal plenty of touches to move the chains. He should have no trouble clearing his 15-point projection with that kind of game script.

Zay Flowers

Lamar Jackson is back, and while the Dolphins have been strong against the pass, their focus on containing Baltimore’s run game could open things up for Zay Flowers. Expect the Ravens to take advantage of those defensive looks with quick, explosive plays through the air. Flowers’ speed and separation ability make him the prime beneficiary — this feels like the setup for a breakout performance as the Ravens’ offense lights up the scoreboard.
